Sonus pad equivalent

I always assumed the foam was the same between Sonus and LC. I don't know about the new pads since they are different colors.
 
I'd consider them the same as the LC also. The Sonus blue finishing pad is much denser than the LC pad. So I prefer the Sonus blue for polishing and LC blue for wax/sealant applications. I think the Sonus yellow cutting pad is one of the best cutting pads for use with a DA machines. It cuts alot and doesn't haze nearly as much as the LC yellow equivalents I've tried (Autogeek/CMA/CG).

Do you mean the DAS pads as opposed to the SFX? I have both...just need to be sure which ones you're talking about. :cool:
