Sonus MF Bonnets

I have six Sonus MF bonnets that have started fraying. These four are the worst but the other two are almost as bad:

I have washed them on the "gentle slow" cycle along with all of my microfibers and pads. I'm afraid to use these because I do not know if the edging material with scratch paint and I think they'll eventually become unusable. Each bonnet has only been used a few times.



Have any of you had your Sonus bonnets start fraying like this? Or any ideas for a repair? I cannot get David to respond (three weeks since my first PM, with one PM and one e-mail sent since then) so I am frustrated on what to do.

This happened to mine too, but they're not as bad as yours.



Are they fraying to the point that they won't hold onto the pad correctly? Maybe just trimming the frayed edges will help some. :nixweiss

That's one of the problems. If I trim the edge, they will just continue fraying, possibly to the point of being unusable by not fitting on the pad properly.
