something is etched in my paint???

I was out of town for a week and when I return I notice there was something etched in the middle of my hood. My brother use the car when I was out of town and washed it before he return it to me. I did a full detail on my car today and Nothing seem to work on that stain. I clayed and use SSR1, SSR2.5 with orange LC pad and it still there. I'm thinking it bird dropping because I heard that the only thing that was leave a mark or stain like that. Does anyone know how to get ridge of the etched bird crap with out wet sanding????

any idea is much appreciated!

oh yea i was using a PC so do you think a rotary will work better?

do you have a picture of the stain?

try doing the spot with a cotton terry towel and the SSR2.5 , if you have Pro Polish it works even better.
Put your finger in the towel, put a small drop of SSR2.5 on the towel and follow the stain, after it comes out redo the area with your pc. If you have a rotary it might work , but for a small spot, hand work usually works better for me.
