When I saw that, I was beyond  because I have an intense dislike for racists and hoped that the cops catch the perps who did this.

I dispensed the following advice:

"nadir actually hit it on the head what to use. You are definitely going to have to use mineral spirits to get the paint off and then wash, clay, polish, and wax to bring back the luster. PM me if you have any questions."

Your thoughts?

Nothing a Louisville Slugger wouldn't fix...

Sounds like what I would do Prinz. I do hope they catch the person that did that.

There is levity in every situation. I believe the way they positioned their "swastika" is an anchient Aztec symbol for "hope" or something along those lines. Hitler took that symbol, reversed it, and rolled it up on one of the legs so it looked like it was moving. They wish to convey the message of hate but ended up broadcasting ignorance, and to the most naive, hope.

Maybe it's just because I live in a small town and don't have enough "worldy" knowledge, but how is that racist? I thought the "A" symbol was anarchy...and the swastika looks like it has a circle with a line through it (the international "no" symbol). Please enlighten me

It seems to me that the hooligan drawing the "A" symbol type of thing was trying to draw a pentagram. But who knows.

I would beat the living **** out of anyone who did that, and they would learn not to mess with anyones vehicles. If you have a problem with someone, then conflict them about it, don't be a cheap mofo and ruin what they have.

They make products called vandelism remover. I would test on an inconspicous area first because it could remove all the paint over a few days but it may be ok since you have clear coat. I would even try just buffing it down with a good grit polish and then glazing, sealing etc.. It depends on how the paint was protected before this happened. If it happened to most on this forum it wouldn't be as hard to remove as you would have some proteciton with all the waxes most people here apply but if it was dry and rough it most likely bonded with the paint/clearcoat and nothing short of painting it will remove it.

I Australia, the "A" symbol signifies "asians out"....definitely very racist :nono

If you look on the edges of the paint it appears to have a slightly darker edge than the paint does. So it does appear that it could have been made in photoshop. Just to test the theory I downloaded the pic and went into Macromedia Fireworks and duplicated the spray paint identically. It could be very real image however but it does have some fake sense to it.

I would think there would be some overspray on the rear tire. A light colored spray paint should show up really well if it were real. Either way, that's too bad for the owner.
