so heres the deal i think it will be helpfull and cool if somebody could make a video of how to really detail a car cuase in youtube theres a lot of videos but every videos is diferrent also it will be cool if the polish a car and wax by hand cause i think most of us dont have a machine :goodjob....

You will have little to no paint correction if you decide to polish with hand. You need to have a machine in order to be able to see some results. Wax on the other hand is mostly applied by hand anyway, so you should not have a problem with that. That is the last step during a detail and the easiest as well.

You video idea would be nice. :)

Go to autogeek. They have a lot good videos. If your only doing stuff by hand than just look for proper washing techniques. I don't have the energy to properly polish a car by hand. It can be done, but unless your an olympic body builder, you'll be in for a long haul. I really wouldn't reccomend it.

No offense to you but that's completely wrong... in many cases you can take out a lot of defects better than with machine because you're concentrating on such small areas when polishing/buffing by hand... problem is, to do a full correction on a car by hand, you'll spend 20-30 hours instead of 8-10 and your arms will fall off after... which is why I'm not doing a video haha...

Seriously though I will be making quite a few videos this spring/summer on detailing and I can do a quick one on how to polish/correct by hand... The thing is, it's very simple. you just need to buy the right products (I would suggest M105 and a nice foam applicator) and not do too much... simply rub in circular/orbital motions on the paint on a small area and see how it turns out...

I would highly suggest investing the $200 for a G110, few pads and couple polishes... more than enough to take care of 1 car for years.
