Somebody told me that you can't polish plastic bumpers today

He had a lot of overspray on this bumper. He said it couldn't be polished off because you can melt the paint or bumper. I was like "NO!" but he's irreconcilable.

Painted? Yes you can all day long. use a clay bar if that doesnt work, find someone that knows how to use a rotary.

Yes you can, even unpainted ones, just gotta watch the revs and use a finishing pad

I'd try clearkote on it first and move up
