Some Product questions and suggestions

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a long time but have been lurking off and on. It's about that time for me to buy some new wax/sealant and of course like many others I am looking for the latest and greatest and want to try something different and have a few questions and would like some opinions on what would give me a deep wet look for my black Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and what will last a long time. My car is garaged whenever I am not at work.



First off let me tell you about and what I have

-Compound/Polish
  • CG Pro-Polish
  • CG LASER BUFF-SCRATCH & SWIRL REMOVER
  • Menzerna Intensive Polish
  • Menzerna Final Polish II

-Glaze
  • Danase Speed Glaze-----------Using currently
  • Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze

-Wax/Sealant
  • PB EX+
  • PB Natty's Blue
  • CG M-Seal---------Using currently but almost out
  • CG Blitz----------Using on top of M-Seal
  • P21s

-Other Stuff
  • CG ONE-----Use when the car isnt too dirty
  • CG Extreme Slick Synthetic -Acrylic Polymer Detailer------Using but don't like the performance of it
  • Klasse AIO
  • PB S&G
  • PB QW+
  • PB Polish w/Carnuba

There is more stuff but thats all I can think of off the top of my head. I would prefer to have a liquid wax since my brother and fiance also use my stuff and they prefer liquids, but I may buy some paste wax later on.



So now for the questions:

-Is the new Danase Wet Glaze different and better then Danase Speed Glaze?

-Has anyone tried the Danase Wet Look kit?

-Is the Danase Turbo Shine close to PB S&G?



If you have any other suggestions for a glaze, wax/sealant, and QD let me know, as you can see I am trying to buy everthing from one site to save on shipping.

I have not used Danase Wet Look kit, but I have seen pics of Danase Sealant on a few cars and it looks good. I have a 2oz sample I need to try.

Glaze I like DWG and Prima Amigo

Wax I tried Pinnacle SSII for the first time and it was so easy to put on and remove, car looks good, not sure how long it lasts though but even if I get a month I think it is a great wax to top a sealant with. I also have some P21s 100% I just got and can not wait to try.

Sealant I like Duragloss 105, Meguiars NXT 2.0, FK 1 Hi Temp 1000p

I also like to use spray waxes Prima Hydo and Opt Car Wax. Hydro is a lil pricey and I think I will try DG AW. OCW is some great stuff I will be buyin a gallon soon

Quick detail I like FK 425 and Meguiars M135 (Ultimate Quick Detailer is the consumer version)



Those are just things I have found work well for me and I still have a wishlist of products to try.
 
Thanks for the reply. Is OCW similar to CG Blitz? I know Blitz is a sealant, and I have found that to work out pretty well. Im still up in the air about what to get, I also still have to get a new DA since my PC broke :cry: Anybody else have some suggestions? How does everyone like Werkstat products?
