Meguiar's Fine Cut Cleaner with wool pad, followed by swirl remover with yellow pad, SEPC with white pad, and S100 wax. It was swirled pretty badly....too bad I don't have any "before" pics....

S100 :xyxthumbs

S100 That's a great looking car.

Damn, I'm starting to fall for these BMWs... Can't do that... Think 03 Cobra intel, think 03 Cobra... :D

The car looks stunning!:bigups Great Job!

Did you get any haze after your session with the wool pad and Fine Cut Cleaner combo?

Was at the Ford dealer this past weekend drueling over the 03 Cobras myself :)

Then there is the car I lust after but is so far out of my reach that it makes me want it even more :)

Great looking car! With a shine like that, it's hard to tell which is brighter, the sun or your car. Did you use a PC or Random Orbital? Also, how long did it take you?

Be careful, Intel... Once you go German, you will never want to go back!:up

Yeah, and then you'll be supporting the "Coalition of the Unwilling".......J/K. Nice pics by the way, raugusta!

Fantastic

BMWs are such brute looking yet pretty cars :)

From the amount of quality BMWs I see on this board, I'm really tempted to get an old '90 M3 Evo. My fave BMW of all time, a real classic :bow

LOL, today I clicked on this thread forgetting I've already seen it and saw that first pic and was like, "Damn, that is a dark blue!... Wait, I've already seen this pic before." :D

I've seen the mystic cobra. I think if I got one I'd have to go Dark Shadow Grey or Sonic Blue. Insurance on Stangs is bad though much less a 03 Cobra!

Crap, I forgot about the GT40.

Think GT40.... Think GT40... :)

Insurance depends on your age and I guess what you are comparing it to. Mine didn't add much but, I can't really compare as we switched insurance companies and I now have more coverage on the 'Stang than the previous vehicle. We are only paying about 30 more amonth though if that is any indication.

Like the past Mystic Cobra this one will be a collectors car. Just for that I would love to have one but my preference would be for a Dark Shadow Grey Convertible 03 Cobra. I am only about a year into the loan on my current 'Stang so I will wait to see how different the '05 Mustang differs from the concept recently shown before I make up my mind.

Thanks for the comments....

SEPC = Shine Enhancing Paint Cleanser, made by S100...I think it's a great product, shine is awesome and really easy to apply either by hand or by PC. Removal is also very easy.

I used Porter Cable to apply all products except the S100 wax which was applied by hand.

I don't know if there's any haze on the paint after fine cut + wool, because I used SMR right away, and then topped it off with SEPC and S100...The final result is not hazed at all.....

Here's another pic of the trunk
