Some more HD Cut action in Direct sunlight!

Nice job Mr.Theal...

I sure wish I had some of that fantastic looking compound.

Im impressed at both, Cut and polish. That cut definitely didnt finish perfectly, but its a compound... Its not supposed to.

I really like the fact that Polish is abrasive enough to remove all of that compound haze, but also gentile enough to finish with such beauty.

Great video Barry, thanks for sharing. I guess I'll have to honor this great deal for everyone.

Those 3D polishes look seriously impressive, I'll be stocking up soon.

cool camera position Barry and great video.

My mindset is a little different. no compound products, just single polish systems where I can use one product all the way through with any pad, put two products on the pad at the same time or

use each sequentially.

my motto is no damage or the tiniest amount with every step and I jewel with each step too.

I prefer to correct with the Xpert ultra which corrects maybe a tad slower than a compound like 3D HD Cut or others but will finish free of any damage via any machine even with a denim or velvet pad on almost all paints

it will correct as good as most compounds no doubt about it, if not better but obviously a full on leveller, um no

However I let the backing plate type and pad material make up the difference in cutting power rather than using a heavy cut compound or any compound for that matter and leaving haze/marring/swirls etc in the finish

compounds are still solvent based and I've seen many tear into the paint. what can happen is that the solvents dry out all of a sudden, taking all the lubricating agents with them and pad has no lube which can cause a burn

at the end of the day, we may end up with the same results. each to their own hey mate

will get some pads out to you next week barry

more new materials to come

great video barry. I have a different mindset than others

no compounds, just single polish system and let the backing plate type and pad type make up the difference in cut between a compound and what I am using

my motto is no damage or very little after each step. thats too much damage for my liking but each to their own

nice video barry, thanks for taking the time to post it. looks like HD Cut & Polish is another fantastic option for people who regularly use M105/205... :up

Thats a lot of product on the pad, Barry. Do you always have to use that much or were you compensating for the warm panel ?

And do you also prime foam pads?? Priming seems to go against the general wisdom of 3D polishes/compounds??

Guys, this new product is nothing short of amazing. We'll be showcasing it at SEMA this year if things go as planned. We'll also be hand selecting a small group of experienced detailers to beta test the final product. If they give their seal of approval, then this product will mostly likely be launched. I did instruct Tunch that even though this product has excellent cutting capabilities, I'd like him to make it even nastier. Nothing like a knock down, drag out polishing compound.....

Ultra cut is an older forumula of ours that is sold to lower end car washes and body shops. Uno, Polish and the upcoming HD Cut are all 100 times better.

Results look great, did you happen to measure the panel temp? Since some of my spot correction work is out in direct sunlight where panel temps can reach around 190, I haven't found anything that works well above 140. The working time looked nice if the panel was hot.

We have used UNO at 168 - worked fine. 190? Wow!
