So, I finally sold my integra. I couldn't handle the black daily driver anymore and we needed something with 4 doors for loading our son. I picked up a 97 Accord and I am LOVING the white. Sure it doesn't have that same wow or pop as black, but I went a week and a half without washing it and it still looked really clean from 5 feet away or more.
Here's the integra for those that don't remember.
Here's the accord (prior to detailing) Since these pictures I have clay bar'd (some areas took 4 times with clay) and polished with Orange pad, SSR2.5 in some places M80 in others, and sealed with DG105. I was amazed but the orange pad removed a lot and finished down on this white so I didn't have to follow up with the white pad. Orange on my Integra made it so hazy it looked like I sanded so it's kind of weird.
Now I need to go research a wax/sealant with good durability that will make white pop a little. Pictures soon to come from after the detail.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention but the accord is single stage....hopefully that doesn't give me troubles with oxidation.
