Soft 99

I've been using the Soft99 Authentic Gold before and I must say it's an awesome Japanese chemical technology which I think is on par with the P21S/S100.

The Authentic line is Soft99's high end boutique product that is marketed towards enthusiasts. I've been also using Soft99's Bi-Gloss and Rain Hop. The first is a synthetic paste. (I wonder how old is synthetic technology in the paste form, just like NXT paste)

They aren't bad products. In fact, I still use their claybar.

I have to agree with tripper_11, Soft99 Authentic Gold is a pretty good wax and only 2 days back I just did a side to side comparison with S100. Both applied very easily but when come to removal, I think S100 has a slight edge over Soft99 Authentic Gold. In term of looks, you can't actually tell the difference between these two wax. And I have been told that the Premium wax is more for shine and the Gold wax is more for creating the wet look effect.

I to have tried a bunch of Soft99 products. I have used the gold wax and was very happy with it. They also have a relatively new one that is even more of a beauty wax. See link. http://www.authentic-mania.com/ I am still experimenting with their high end products but they all seem to be of good quality. The only thing I did not really like was their polymer car wash. It is kind of like 1Z pearls. I like my car washes with a lot of suds and lubrication.

Gen2, your car looked so good I would go with any product you use. :xyxthumbs ;)

Frankly, I loved S100/P21S firstly because of the result but equally for it's ease of use that I am prepared to lay on a thin layer after wash every week. But I will be interested to see the result of the high-end soft99 wax. Anyone tried them before? :waxing:
