So we took our son to the Dr. yeasterday

EBPcivicsi

GOT PREP?
It was time for his 6 month check up. :)

He weighed 17 lbs, which puts him in the 50th percentile for weight and he was 27.5" long, which puts him in the 90th percentile for heighth!!! I am about 6'4" and his mother is about 5'9"--just letting you guys know that I am raising a draft pick here. :D I am going to start dribble drills soon, but he will play soccer first (helps develop strong tendons preventing future injuries, also develops foot work). LOL!

This is him about a month ago

And more recent, he loves our pups. :)

I think you need to give him a foam applicator and a test panel... Hand polishing is a great way to build up endurance in your arms and hands!

awwww he's so cute :D

I think he's a cutie.

Not to rain on your sports dream parade, but my nephew isn't even 4 months old, weighs 18 lbs and 2 oz, and is 29" tall. Of course his daddy is 6' 4" and is the smallest kid in his family. See ya on the court!

Just like daddy!

Yeah his weight should abit more.. Dont be cheap on the breast milk ;) . But his height got your height for sure.

btw, what kind of dog it that? Lab?

LOL!! the dogs are all mutts < 20lbs, perhaps they look larger becasue of the angle. The two you see are actually brothers.

BigChevMan, you guys have a nose tackle there, mine will be a shooting guard. 6'6" with fundamentals, crazy handles, and quick, quick, quick. :D Combined with the foot work/stong tendons from the soccer foundation and you have yourself a durable, fundamentally sound baller....with a few tricks to boot. :D

Nothing like being the over-involved parent in the stands, right? LOL!!

Hey congratulations!! Very good looking child. Happy too!!

I know what you mean about being involved. In my mind my boy has entered the Hall of Fame in every sport. Unfortunately all he wants to do now, besides detailing, is blow things up. Go figure.

I'm with ET Awful- that's one very happy looking kid!

I suggest exposing him to Meg's #5, #7, and #16 at an early age so one more generation relates to those smells.

LOL!! You know, everytime I use of one of those I think, "this is what detailing smells like to me." They remeind me of my first *real* multi-step details. :D I did #83, #9, #7, #26 quite a few times by hand, before I knew any better. :nervous:

Nothing like inhaling those VOC's at that ripe old age :lol

Adorbale kid Joe! Many more healthy checkups :2thumbs:

6'6 sounds more like a WR for the Titans ;)

You've got too much class to be one of those over the top parents in the stands.

Too cute! I love them at that age- then they get where my nephew is and start crawling around and wobbling down the halls and run amuck all over the place :hairpull
