There was like chocolate on the headliner and I didnt see until I was almost done with the whole car, so I decided to give it a wash with the extractor, I used water and upholstery cleaner. Yesterday the owner calls me and says theres like a water stain mark on the headliner I was like crap, What do you guys recommend to do to take this stain off ? I will be going tommorrow to clean the headliner up, please give me tips I need to keep this customer happy !

Quite often the water spot is a 'cleaner area' than the rest of the headliner. Woolite or Folex carpet cleaner on a folded micro fibre towel, using very little pressure should clean it up

FWIW I would not advise the use of an extractor on a headliner, as excess moisture may cause it to delaminate

Only thing I would add is to use a "huck towel", IE surgical or bar type towel, folded and wipe the headliner following the cleaning with the water based cleaner.

Very important that very light pressure is applied when doing both the cleaning and the final wipe down.

Surgical/huck towels are the way to go for the final wipe, I even use them for the cleaning part, rather than a micro fiber.

Grumpy

You're most likely gonna have to do your best to try and "blend" what sounds like a spot on the headliner that is cleaner than the rest of it (unless you want to end up scrubbing the whole headliner). As said before, hot water is not a good idea for headliners due to delaminating.

That was my own motorcycle, I dont mind that I was like lets try it on my bike rims area since its pretty dirty from riding, and I was too lazy to take it off left it over the night and yeah that was my fault.
