Small spider like circles in paint/clearcoat

I`m restoring a 1971 C10 Pickup and just started on the paint. I washed the car with Reset, hit it with Gyeon Iron after. I started claying the hood and started to notice these small circles in the paint. I tried different correcting compounds with a DA Polisher(M105, Boss FCC, and 3d ACA 500). They all helped, but didn`t get rid of the circles. Im a bit worried about using a Rotary on such old paint... Attached are photos of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hard to see, but more than likely, clear coat failure.

That`s etching from contaminants sitting on the paint.

Yep, looks like something etched into the paint. Depending on how `deep` those defects are, and how much `paint` you have (you would need to get some good paint readings/measurements) they could be correctable.
