Slippery hood

Funniest thing happened today, I was coming home on my motorcycle and on the approach to my driveway a stray cat was walking on the roof of my truck. Well on my approach it saw me and got scared and jumped onto the hood of the truck near the edge. This is the same truck with 7 coats of collinite on the hood. So when it landed it promptly slipped flipped head over feet and had it's head slam into the house and flopped to the floor and could barely walk straight. This is just way too funny not to share

Some minor marring from rubbing the dust in luckily it didn't have it's claws out. So nothing major happened, I just QD'd the area so the footprints in the dust are gone.

I've had my battles with the dozen or so felines my kids have, discovered they don't like vingar from a water gun on their fur. But, hey - stay off my car and you won't smell like a pickle. I think we're getting ready to give them all away to good homes since my youngest is having some severe allergies and we suspect - cats!

qwertydude- Here's hoping the slippery hood experience makes the kitty think twice about climbing on *your* vehicle again. Must be plenty of rough, oxidized cars in the neighborhood it'd be happier on :D

Oddly enough *none* of our cats has ever climbed on any of our vehicles, not once. Gee, hope I didn't jinx things by posting that :nervous:

I was expecting a slightly different ending after the first sentence: along the lines of "so I grabbed my .44 Magnum and blew him to smithereens!"

That may just be the workings of my perverted mind and my general attitude toward cats; good thing I don't own a gun.
