Skyline GTR and TT GTO...*excellent*

Sadly, this GTR isn't the one that I was supposed to detail. I was supposed to work on a black one, but it sold as soon as it landed in Winnipeg. This wine coloured one was mostly stock, and in pretty bad condition when it arrived, so it didn't sell as fast. I must say I'm considering buying this one. Nice shape, but is still sort of a fixer upper. Needs some rust work on the tip of the hood and rear quater panel where bubbling is starting, but otherwise its in top notch shape.

Process:

Power Cut Plus with dewalt rotary and cutting pad

GS1 via rotary and polishing pad

Seal It

topped with souveran

Lots of pictures:

I like Mitsu GTO nice. But the Red GTR r32 is ok, I would buy it myself if I lived in Canada and I had the money. Is that a black R32 next to the red R32 in those pics???

Nice work Steve, #82 goes great with the Rio red Mitsu paint, thats the same polish I use on my Mitsu. So I see you moved up to a Dewalt rotary, I guess when you want speed and do more car$$$ per day, that is the only way to go !

Nice work, and nice cars. To bad it wasnt one of the newr r34s. Though I'd still buy it if I had the cash lying around... The GTO's paint has some great depth to it too

Both look great! Did the Mitsu have a clearcoat? My 92 red Stealth TT didn't and was a pita trying to get the old dead oxidized paint off. But I didn't have my PC then either.
