Silver Engine Paint for valve covers?

I need to paint the valve covers on my 97 BMW 540 which are notorious for flaking the exterior paint. So I need a hi-temp paint that will withstand a minimum of 500 degrees F. I can find hi-temp engine paint, but not in silver; and I can find silver paint, but not hi-temp engine paint. Have any of you ever found/used a hi-temp silver paint in the engine compartment that you can recommend, and where did you get it?

Yes, I painted the outside of the SBC I was rebuilding with high-temp silver. IIRC, it was Duplicolor 500-degree engine paint. I think I got it at NAPA.
