Should I use EX-P before AIO

I'm wondering what benefit there would be after PB polishing to use EX-P then AIO...

p.s.BTW, after AIO I will be using UPP then Natty's..

EX-P is a sealant. Using AIO after EX-P will remove the EX-P. Do it the other way around and you should be ok then top off with Natty's. So do AIO, EX-P then Nattys

AIO is a polish with carnuba and or one step polish/wax..PB EXP is a pure sealant. You have those in the reverse order.

I would stick with the order you have AIO, UPP, Nattys you can also layer nattys if you like for a wetter shine. WAit 24 hours for the UPP to cure then wax away!

Whoa..
From what this article says (off PA.com) Klasse AIO is not a wax with carnauba-not at all..
"Klasse All In One is a non-abrasive cleaner polish and protector that was invented by a German chemist for cars, boats, airplanes and even home use. Apply Klasse all In One on paints, plexiglass, glass, plastics, enamel, metal surfaces, tiles, formica and other non-porous surfaces. With an easy one step application, All In One removes oxidized paint, old wax build-up, road tar, surface scratches, swirl marks, gasoline and insect stains. It polishes to a wet-look shine and locks into the paint, sealing and protecting with an elastic non-chip, shrink-proof, heat and scratch resistant finish. Provides excellent protection against salt water, sun, industrial pollutants and corrosive elements. Klasse All In One is simply a great acrylic one-step cleaner and German acrylic paint sealant. Heavy duty, non-abrasive cleaner, protector, polish. Long lasting acrylic protection. For easy application apply a small amount of Klasse All In One on a clean and dry surface with a damp cloth or applicator. Use evem, firm pressure. Wipe off. No drying time is necessary. For added shine and durability follow with application of Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze."

It seems to be equivalent to UPC..
You are saying then (if I understood correctly) AIO has Carnauba init..which makes it a wax..which then mean I can top AIO over UPP which I know is wrong..
So then AIO cannot have Carnbauba wax in it because everyone on DC uses AIO-UPP- theeen they put their Nattys; (with carnauba as LSP)..
So something is a miss here..
If EX-P is a pure selant..does this make it equal to UPP..there fore if UPP and EX-P are equal in purpose...then can both be used AFTER AIO...
followed by wax.

AIO = All in One product...it does not always refer to Klasse ....that is what Beemerboy means and he's talking about PwC here..:)

Thanks Steve I was not trying to pin point anyone product because I was not sure what he had as an AIO

AIO is often used to refer to any Product that is All In One. Klasse AIO is a cleaner/polish with some acrylic in it. It is great to use prior to about any wax or sealant. If it is applied after the wax or sealant, it will remove whatever it is applied over.

Oh man...ok..I thought whenever someone wrote AIO they were referring to the KLASSE AIO product...
I just got my order today...
But I didn't order PwC..I want to use one phase at a time...

So I have
1.SSR2.5
2.PB Pro Polish
3.EX-P
4.Natty's

---coming in next week will be the Klasse AIO and UPP

So my ? is where does AIO fit into that line up..I know that if I put AIO after EX-P..I will just remove the EX-P
So I guess I can use AIO after the Pro Polish...
So then I would have this:

SSR2.5
PB Pro Polish
AIO (to remove the PB Pro Polish and leave a clean clear surface)
EX-P to seal OR UPP
then Nattys

SSR2.5
PB Pro Polish
AIO (to remove the PB Pro Polish and leave a clean clear surface)
EX-P to seal OR UPP
the Nattys

Now you got it!!

I would also throw clay in there after the wash just to really get the paint ready for what you are about to do!

I would imagine that PB Pro Polish would leave a "cleaner" surface than Klasse AIO due to the fact that the AIO leaves behind protection.

Hard to say..Klasse AIO is a cleaner prolish from what you can read above in it's description..So I think it leaves a pretty clean finish without an wax layer..and it also says its a sealer..so is it equivalent to EX-P...sounds like it...
It seems pretty much that EX-P and Klasse AIO or both good preps before a Wax like Nattys or S100...and good at removing that previous step of Poilsh or Glaze...

But it does leave something behind, unlike the Pro Polish, which leaves nothing behind in the form of protection.....something to think about when you want a "clean" surface...

I don't think EX-P would remove anything applied before it. The AIO would since it's a cleaner, but the EX-P is a pure sealant with no cleaning/polishing properties.

All-in-all, I think comparing Klasse AIO to Pro Polish (or AIO to EX-P) is like comparing apples and oranges. They're different "fruits." It seems to me that Klasse AIO is a combo of both Pro Polish AND EX-P.

I would say use either PP or AIO before EX-P. IMHO, it would be overkill to use one right after the other. They are both mainly chemical cleaners and final polishes. The Klasse product also leaves behind some acrylic protectant while the PP leaves no protection behind.

I'm outta here..Into the garage I go and I'm gonna start without AIO Klasse..
I can't wait anymore..;)
I'm going to wash the truck..dry it..And off I go.
Pro Polish
Ex-P
Natty's
or my 3M PI III FG...

Truck is pretty much swirl free.It was buffed out this summer..So I'll skip the SSR2.5.

Thanks for all this info guys...
Makes a lot of sense..
It just that sometimes when you read the products function..you get a different application or the same purpose with different products...It gets a little hairy..but thanks to DC and these cool guys on here..things are pretty much 'polished' up..no punn intended..;)
