any suggestions on how to stop my neighbors cat from sleepin on my engine...?

I raised the hood tonight to show a bud the motor detail and there were cat hairs everywhere!.......

Grrrrr

I am open to any ideas.....

I feel you pain big time I no longer have this problem but at one point I did....I used something very similar to what Bart suggested at the time.

Here is a link to an article on ways to get rid of cats not using fire power...I've also read about a sticky paper that can be used to repel them but I think that's just a quick band aide fix...I also read up about ultra sonic sound and light sensors online they are in the 50 buck and down range but would be a more permanent fix IMO

I will try a combo of the three.....citrus peels, cayenne and the rat traps to sting the hell out of him.......

Last restort, I will trap him an bring to pound. Dont know which neighbors cat it is...he just hangs out everywhere and roams.

Before you trap the cat you might think about putting a note on the neighbors houses stating what you plan to do in case someone bellies up that its their cat, and can do something about it...just my .02
