Shop setup and colo scheme ideas needed

Not talking GARAGE shops, but legit professional shops.

Is all white everything ideal, or do you want some color on the wall/floor?
what about lighting, all 5000k range, or is 6700 better in some cases depending on floor color and ceiling height?
epoxy the floor, or leave it just stained?
lighting setup is needed for sure.

any input, or pictures of SHOP facilities would be great.

If I could, I would do what Northwestautosalon has going on...one day

Just go to "Auto Geek" and look at Mike Phillips shop. All you can ask for, with a warehouse full of the best products known to the auto detailing industry today. Oh, and bring your credit card, with a big credit line. The thing about "bricks and mortar" is, it better work! Good luck!

Whites and reds are winning colors. But "immaculately clean" should be your main goal. Folks who pay good money for "detailing"100_0935.jpg want the environment as clean as your making their cars.

I'm asking for colors and setups

is all white good for defects seeing? or is that better suited for picture taking, and a darker floor is better? I want more function than looks, but keeping looks in mind!
