Severe Swirl Damage- Thanks Autopia!

A few before and after shots of a car I detailed, Got to test my new css orange pads worked very well! Sold my yellows for the orange and it was well worth it!!!:bigups



Process:



Meg 105 with orange css 5.5 pad on Pc

Meg 205 with white css 5.5 pad on Pc.

Mothers Polish with blue css 5.5 pad on Pc.

Looks good! Did you NEED to follow up with the 205 after the 105?



I also had swirls on my hood from a bad body shop job.

I did a one step polish using Ultimate Compound with a 4" Orange pad using a G110 on my Civic's hood and it finished perfectly other than a couple RIDS.

No not really but I wanted it as good as it could get, 105 and 205 go very well together kind like peas and carrots haha:LOLOL
 
Hey, that looks great! I wouldn't really describe that as swirls, that looks like rotary hologramming. Actual swirls or RIDS are not as easy to remove as holograms.

There are SO many rotary-wielding maniacs out there, it's unreal. It's incredible how few people actually know how to use one.

Haha thanks! My dad recently got into a wreak and the same guy put rotary holograms all over his hood, fenders, and passenger door. Thats a good five hour job haha! But hey maybe he'll pay me this time! those holograms are job security haha :LOLOL
