Seperation Ring on Pad?

I just today got some orange LC cutting pads ,and only did a hood with ssr 2.5.



When i was cleaning i noticed a ring on the backside that is seperating.



I reieved a couple white ones, and these have the velcro going almost to the edges, but the orange ones dont.



Are the orange ones older versions or something?
 
Who did you buy them from. lake country private labels the pads so each supplier may have a little different construction

The ones with the velcro going out to the edges is the new style. They will all be like that as soon as distributors use up existing stock. We were told of a problem, so we went back to the drawing board to fix the issue so are customers stay happy. Thanks for interest in Lake Country.
