Selling my Porter Cable DA, looking between a Makita 5000 and Rupes Mille

Already own a Dewalt and Flex PE 8 rotary polishers for boat(occasional car usage) Looking to see which of the two would be best to use primarily for just general car polishing. Any heavy defects I will use one of my rotary tools. Any input is appreciated!

No input/experience on either the Makita or the Mille, but they both sound like good choices. I think you would like a Rupes long throw DA as well.

If I had to choose a forced rotation polisher I’d have a difficult time choosing between the Mille, Makita, and Flex. I like the Makita because of the ability to switch to DA, Flex is proven, and Mille is a Rupes (love my Rupes polishers). Tough choice. Let us know what you choose.

Yeah, too many options. I ended up going with the Makita as I was able to snag one for $290. Viewing Auto Fanatics video online between the three polishers really solidified my decision on the Makita!
