Hello all.
I thought I remembered coming across a post regarding the abrasiveness of ScratchX. Now I can seem to find that thread. I thought the discussion was in a post about applying it with a PC, but am not sure.
Anyway, I was wondering where ScratchX fall in terms of level of cut or abrasiveness? I thought the post mentioned that it was somewhere in between SSR2.5/Menzerna Power Gloss and SSR1/Menzerna Final Polish. I also understand that ScratchX is supposed to gum up when applied by PC. I am curious as I am thinking about investing in a PC to take care of some minor swirling and water spots on a lighter colored car. I have used ScratchX with good success applying by hand, but my arm is aching after applying it to an area only about 2 square feet! Just curious as to where ScratchX is in terms of cutting ability so that I can select appropriate range of polishes. Currently my options are:
Menzerna IP/FP
SSR2 or SSR2.5 and SSR1
1Z PP and 1Z Extra
Thanks!
