Scratches or chips in pearl paints

I have one small fender scratch on my Jeep, and a chip on my hood vents that I'd like to touch up.

The problem is that I have a custom pearl paint job.

Heres a picture of the Jeep so you can see the pearl. What factory pearls look closest to this? I think it may be approximately a 2006 lexus GS330/430 but I'm not sure.

I'd talk with the guy who painted it. Pearls are always a bear to fix anyhow, and a custom job might require the services of a good pro.

that would be nice, but I bought the jeep from the prior owner who had the paint job done. Ahhhhh I miss having a factory color...sometimes.

My parents had a Solara convertible that looks sorta like that color, might want to look into that. Im not sure about the "reflection" color though.....I want to say I remember their car having a little more pink/purple than blue, but its worth a shot.

Wouldnt a pro be able to figure it out on their own, regardless of vehicle (check PPG, DuPont, etc)? Im sure they get used vehicles that were repainted a non-factory color at least once in a while.

The pearl is on fire for sure. Just go to your local autop paint distributor and have them mix you up a small bottle of touch up. I doubt any color variance will matter on a touch up application anyways.
