Scratches in interior plastic

What can I do to make these scratches look better?

Have you tried putting a protectant on it? Many times that will help to hide scratches..

Rub over it with the handle of a screwdriver, preferably one with the transparant hard plastic handles. Use a fiar amount of pressure, in that way, you "flatten" out the scratches almost completely.

Be careful using the heat gun. I have hidden minor scratches in interior plastic using a heat gun. However, you might get some discoloration or darkening from the heat.

Soft scrub... its like rubbing compound for plastics. Available in your favorite cleaning supply aisle.

Are you just talking about the soft scrub cleaning products? Which one?
