scratched chrome plated plastic

has anyone tried to get mild scratches out of chrome plated plastic. I thought of trying plastix from megs put I decide its better to ask first. thanks for any help.

Since it's a plating, I don't think you'll be able to remove the spot where the plating is missing.



Your best bet is to replace the piece. Most chrome/plastic trim pieces are relatively inexpensive.
