Scratch Removal

I have a scratch on the under part of the front spoiler in my car. It is underneath so it is hard to see, but it is still there. I want to get rid of it. I have heard that you can use touch up paint from the dealer and then wet sand afterwards. I have never accomplished this, but I figure since it is on the underside, what the hell. Does anyone have any knowledge of something like this? I would appreciate any help.
 
I haven't used it but someone put a post up on Mother Chip Repair. Good things were said. Just an option.

I have used it. You can get very nice results with it. The new one Dwayne has seems a lot more thorough. I would like to try it. It has a few more steps than the Mother's stuff. It looks nice.

If I am correct, I would have to buy the touch-up paint from the dealer, right? This sounds like it might be what I am looking for. The scratch is so low on the front spioler that you have to turn your head sideways to see it. But I still know it is there. Thanks for the advice guys.

Yes, that is correct. If you get the Langka kit from Dwayne would you be so kind as to post a little review of it?? I am always on the lookout for things to battle chipping with. Thanks and good luck!!
