Scottwax, what pad do you use for pink moose, vm and vm with FP II?

I have been trying to polish out a black 350Z with minor swirls but the Meguiars polishing pad and VM seem to leave some marring when used with a PC on 5.5-I can see them with a halogen light. Thinking it may be the pad. Thanks for the help or suggestions.

For questions like this you might want to try and PM Scottwax directly. I just polished out my black 350z this past weekend and used VM and RMG (tried both to see what looked best) with a blue Sonus pad. I had no issues with marring at all. I worked it in at a speed of 5 until it disappeared and wiped off.

Pat, I think Scott had to turn off his PM system as he was getting so many questions like this. It must have been difficult, if not impossible, to provide a response to all the inquiries.

What LC pad is comparable to a blue sonus pad? I only have meguiars and LC's in my arsenal. Thanks.

It depends on the pad.....the sfx lineup has more bite than the DAS

Thanks-my LC's seem to be fraying around the edges rather quickly compared to the Meg pads. Maybe it has to do with the LC's concave design.

I use either the Meguiars polishing pad, LC white polishing pad or the green Propel lite cut pad with VM, 106FF and Pink Moose.
