Scotch Guard on interior

I've been thinking of spraying my carpets and upholstery with Scotch Guard. Has anyone had any experience with using this.



Does it work or will it change the color or darken the fabric?

Maybe just use it on the carpet and mats, what do you think?

Just make sure the carpets are clean and dry, don't apply real heavy. Better to do 2 light coats.

Is the Scotch guard available to public the same as what dealers use?

You should be able to get Scotch Guard at most auto parts stores. I use it on my carpets regularly. It does not discolor mine but, I would highly suggest you try it out for the first time in an inconspicuous spot like under the seat.
