Today's detail was a Saturn Vue that had never been waxed per owner. Paint was somewhat dull in appearance and had some water stains.
The bigger challenge was the interior which had a Gatorade stain on the carpet. My first attempt with old faithful Folex had zero effect on the stain. Mixed up some Pro's Choice Red Relief and some much better success...the stain isn't 100% removed but it is much much less noticable.
Process on exterior:
EO All Wheel and Tire w/brushes to clean wheels and tires
DP Tire Gel on tires
Wash with foam gun / Megs Gold Class
Spot treat bugs/tar with Tarminator
Clay entire vehicle
Polish: Optimum Poli-Seal / Green Foam / PC speed 4
LSP: Optimum Car Wax all exterior surfaces except glass, rubber
Process on interior:
Stain spot cleaning:
Folex - no good
Pro's Choice Red Relief, white cotton terry, steam gun
Megs APC 6:1 entire carpet /
Water extract/rinse
Megs PAC 10:1 seats / interior plastic
Steam clean with white cotton terry
Dressed all plastic with PB's NL
Invisible Glass all glass
