Sanding for distinctness of image.

I'm not sure if this album will be visible but I took a few shots of a colorsand in process. Not nearly enough before shots because it didn't occur to me to take pictures until after I'd started working but some of you might find this interesting.

I'm doing it this way so you can see higher resolution images.

Thanks John,



Next time, I think I'll get some black panels and try to show what bad work looks like and how to fix it. I'll make the paint shiny without taking out the sandpaper scratch, leave a sanding texture, and I'll sand but not with the right grit so I won't remove the orange peel, etc. That kind of thing.



Then, maybe I'll show how to burn through on a curve and take the paint off some edges.



I'm not kidding. I think it would be good for people to see what bad handling of a machine looks like so if they see themselves doing it, they'll stop. :o)
