Sanded... what to buff with?

I want to fix this long scrape in my paint on my side moulding... i've got the color matched spray paint... and plan on Spraying the scrape (has metallic in the paint) then sanding it even with 3000 grit sandpaper (if i can find it).



I've got a PC and the Sonus ORANGE/GREEN/BLUE DAS pads on the way... Will the Orange pad and #83 buff out all the sanding marks? then i plan on going over it again with #80 to finish it up.
 
i know #83 is harsher then #2 so i'd assume it should work?



What about that ScratchX via PC on the wetsanded area... then #83 then #80?



is ScratchX even harsher then #83? hmm
