S&W wash cost lower than QEW wash ?

I joined the S&W 5 gallon club and took advantage of the PAC 20% off sale. The 5 gallon S&W was $108.76 shipping included. Holy smokes I couldn't resist and didn't need refilling till later this Spring, darn you Mr. McPeeks . Figure that'll cover me for the year or more. For me a 5 gallon S&W will give about 160 washes conservatively for the 640 oz.s (4.0 oz's per wash).

That leaves a cost of $.68 per wash :dancin .

Compare that to a QEW gallon purchased at campingworld $36.00 ($28.00 + $8.00 shipping). I use 4 oz.s per wash giving 64 washes per gallon. That leaves a QEW wash cost of $.56 per wash.

Since I am set for the year I will not return to this forum for any more of these terrific sales tempting me to buy more. :bye

They really aren't interchangable products. QEW can be used in conditions where using S&W could be a little too risky. If one wanted strictly only one QD and one wash, S&W and QEW (great especially for apartment dwellers) would be good candidates
