Rust stains on paint

Just took a job removing rust stains from a bunch of vehicles that were parked in an underground garage. It rained and the roof leaked this rusty water(?) onto the cars , anyway polishing compound will get it off however 1 vehicle is vinyl wrapped with the companies logo any ideas on what I can use on the wrap to get the stains off without damaging the wrap? Thanks

I would think that a good apc wash would get it off, it may have stained the vinyl
