I was just kidding. Enjoy them in the best of health.

You will love the machines. It took me a few panels to figure out these cut better with less pressure than a gg6
Probably got stuck together, not the greatest hat I've ever had pm your address I'll send one.

Looking forward to using them, what pads do you use. I figure you were kidding but if you want one no problem.

I really like the Lake Country HD pads and I think they hold up better than the Rupes pads. I would also get some Meguiar's Microfiber Pads.

I would say the Rupes and Flex both have the same basic characteristic to work optimally - you need to keep the pad/machine parallel to the surface. If you do not keep it level in the Rupes, you are losing some of the advantages of the extra throw but you keep the same smooth operational aspect. With the Flex, you still get the cut but you end up having to guide the machine more since it may walk more that some find objectionable.

I'm having the best luck with the Buff and Shine's and the Lake Hybrids. HexLogics not so much. Best actually I've found so far though at least for finish work is the Uber pads from another vendor (don't know if it's bad etiquette to name them?) Surbuff pads/105 will cut like a crazy fool but you'll guarantee you have to finish after as my experience is they haze pretty badly with the longer throw. .

Nice. You are really going to enjoy the mini. I've got the 21 and mini combo and feel like I can tackle anything. I've had good luck with all manufacturers pads, but I change them out often and don't let them get overloaded with product. Have fun!

I got the Rupes pads with the purchase. Used the blue, green, yellow and white so far.

I have not tired any others as I heard the Competitive pads don't stand up well to the longer throw. But I have no personal experience.

You are using a Lake Country Hybrid pad on a Rupes? I have some and love them on my Flex, but I wouldn't think they would work very well on a Rupes. They are just so thick I think it would be counterproductive.
