Rubbish Boys Wax

I was thinking about trying some out. Supposedly there's a learning cure involved with RBOE. I've heard it's a good wax though.

It's $75 and some change (shipping included) from the UK to your doorstep.

I did check the shipping. Its still 1/2 as much as I paid for my Swissvax Saphir. If its as good or better it would be worth getting.

Over on another site a poster was saying that in (his opinion) RBOE runs a close second in warm glow/wetness to Vintage.

Again this was his opinion.. He has both waxes.

I haven't tried either wax. I'm just going on what this poster says.

I'm still on the fence about buying it. I can buy a sample from AG, but then I have to spend close to $50 for a sampler pack.

AG doesn't sell Rubbish Boys Original only the Dodo Juice version.

Its a fairly decent wax I believe.

I would buy it simply because it was produced after a guy started mixing up stuff in his kitchen. If you can find the thread, over at Detailing World I believe, its quite a read.

Is it? Maybe so. I just remember all the guys from Dodo chipping in and giving advice, so thats what made me think it was DW.

I checked the price again and it went up to about $80 dollars for RBOE. Maybe the exchange rate will go down soon. It was like $60-65 dollars back in Nov.

If I didn't already have a ton of (unused) wax already I would likely try it.

you might want to check, but i think there is more talk of it over at detailingbliss.com

detailingbliss.com isn't a very good site, the admin's are all about selling their own products and services.

RB's is one of the Detailing Bliss Certified Dealers, so it would make sense to check and see what the consensus is over there on their products. you don't have to buy the products over there...

After reading a few sites about RBOE. I finally ended up buying some tonight.

It will likely take a week, or so to get it.

AeroCleanse, I'll let you know how I like it.
