I really like thick rubber floor mats for winter. I bought these from Parts For Your Car . Com. They are nice and heavy, with rubber "spikes" on the backside to keep them from sliding or moving.....

Actually I like them so much, I use them all year 'round.....

When they get covered with snow, salt, mud, dirt, sand, etc., just spray on a little All Purpose Cleaner, clean with a tire brush, rinse and spray with a little Tire Foam. Takes about 5 minutes to do both sides.... (no one ever rides in the back!!) :lol:

THose look Great!! I bought some heavy rubber chevy mats from napa. I bought them last year and just never took them out! If I didnt have those I would be buying the ones you have. They look sharp!

PS dont worry about the e brake pedal. I forgive you!

IMO the custom printed ones are nice, but the truck/suv rubber mats from walmart do a much better job and usually fit cars too. I usually use those year round as well.
 
I use mine year round too :).


As long as they're dressed they look just as fitting as carpet ones. They are an absolute breeze to clean and have saved some spills on the carpets for me.

I don't think I'll ever turn back (maybe for a show car, but thats it).

I used the rubber/vinyl OEM Pontiac Grand Prix mats one winter, but couldn't handle the rubber mat appearance. I sold them in just a month or so.
For years, I have used the OEM carpet mats year round and when the originals start to look a little worn, those become my winter mats and I buy a new set of OEM carpet mats for the nice weather. I think I went through about three sets on my old Astro van in 14 years.:)
It also gives me an extra set to throw in while letting the ones I just cleaned dry thoroughly.

Looks good.....I sure miss my Grand Prix.

I use rubber mats in my vehicles. I used to just flip the carpet ones upside down. Now I just throw the rubber mat over it. I also put plastic over my entire carpet. ( '03 Trailblazer EXT)
