Removing Latex Paint ?
1.Detailers clay (Automagic?s Magic Clay) both red and blue grades
2.Plastic razor blade to mechanically 'chip' the overspray
3.D-limonene based (citrus) based detergents (P21S Total Auto Wash) may help; be sure to allow plenty of dwell time.
4.Solvents; dwell time is important. Start mild with (DuPont PrepSol 3919 or ValuGard's "New Car Prep")
5.A combination of the plastic blade or detailers clay and a solvent, be patient and work small areas when practical. The painted surfaces are frequently easier than anticipated, however the rubber and vinyl trim pieces may take more time / patience.

I've also used an old plastic credit card combined with solvent to chip off the striping paint. A SLOW & TEDIOUS process. If doing it for a customer... be sure to charge by the hour.:scared:
