Well, I guess part of it is coming here. This will be my first since Alicia in '83. Not really looking forward to this as I have a son in the NICU on a ventilator in Texas Children's Hospital currently. Here's hoping that the power stays on, and the generators work. How many layers of SG do I need to protect from hurricane strength rain? Good luck to all the Autopians in the wake of this thing...

My prayers and good thoughts will be with you, your family and any others in Rita's path.

Tasty, I hope all goes well for you, your family & friends and everybody in the path of Rita.

I see on the TV that Texas is prepared and confident of riding out the hurricane. I hope this is not just "lip service".

Take care.

I was in the middle of texas this week with several others from the office - the company made us all come back early just to avoid any risk. it's going to be a rough one
