As you all know I have another post on here trying to find out the dilution ratio for HD Free Concentrate. I finally found out the dilution ration is 4-1. But that doesn’t matter now. After several email exchanges with Javier at 3DProducts I was told that he did not know when the next production run would be for that product. In a call to 3DProducts yesterday, an unknown gentleman told me that HD Free Concentrate would no longer be produced. I really hate it when a company does this. 3DProducts had a good product like HD Free Concentrate-that is good for rinseless wash. Then they bring out a competing product like 3DProducts Waterless Wash (no concentrate), and they come to the conclusion that it will be a hard sell because HD Free Concentrate is as good for rinseless wash and is more economical. So they quit making HD Free Concentrate. You know at some point companies need to take in to account how the deletion of a product will affect customers (detailers) and not be governed by the almighty dollar. That is why I choose not to buy detail products from a company (3DProducts) that does this. I use ONRWW and I am thoroughly pleased with it. Like all detailers I like to try new product. I guess now if I want to try a new rinseless wash that I will probably try Ultima Waterless Wash Concentrate plus+. It can be used as rinseless wash. RIP HD Free Concentrate.
