I was wondering if anybody has bought any of these guys stuff. Was looking through their catalog and was just wondering how there product was and the MF towels. Thanks
 
Their pricing is too high for a small business. Really like their options and variety.

I was interested in their videos at one time, but with the tips and suggs offered here I have a hard time justifying that puchase.


I would like to know what others think and even better what experience any would have with any of their products

I am calling them tomorrow to possibly purchase a few new toys, if things go alright. I will let you know my initial experiences after that. . . Their prices are a bit on the steep side.
 
ive gotta tell ya i dont think theyre stuff is anything special .. also they gave me the runaround on some warranty work on my mytee 6 gal extractor . i told them i would warn others of my experience and thats what im doing right now . they couldnt give me a wax applicator for free ,.. :angry :doubleduc :mad: :phone: :moon:
 
I just spoke with Rightlook. BigRon, I did heed to your warning from a few weeks ago but decided to give them a shot on the notion that they are the largest "local" retailer. I found the gentleman I spoke with to be very helpful and responsive to my concerns. I received a great price for the purchase of my extractor even in comparison to other very competitive retailers. Initial thoughts, A+:write; long term opinion, seemingly positive. :hippi
 
AMD im glad they are treating you right . being a member of detail city is a powerful tool !!!! when i informed RIGHTLOOK i would be posting my experience here they changed thier tune real fast .. good luck .. i have to say that customer service is everything .. when i had a problem with MEGUIRES clay i bought i called them and i had an apology and a new bar within a few days. im not real crazy about the product but the customer service was exellent .
