Ridgid wet/dry vac?

I think (don't quote me on this) is that people will do a solution, like you mentioned, scrub it with a brush, and then spray some clean water and extract.

If there are heavy stains then I think they get treated separately with either more Woolite or Folex (or another carpet cleaner of choice).

Buy yourself a Little Green Machine and a GOOD rinse agent, What type of interior cleaning are you doing? heavy, moderate or light stains some-time plain old water works with a good white cotton/microfiber cloth will do the trick. Folex diluted 3:1 vacuum real good that is the key.

Just want to jump in here. I plan on buying a Rigid 4 gal, 5 HP wet/dry vac for mobile detailing. Good buy? Also, was planning on using Megs APC+ at different dilution rates for different stains. I've been hearing a lot about Folex, is it basically an APC?

heavy. What is a good rinse agent that you guys recommend?

I bought a Rigid 5HP 12 gallon wet/dry vac for my car a year ago. Works great. Lots of power . I also use mine sometimes as a blower to air dry my car.

I too have this unit. I only wish I had bought it earlier. You do need to buy the 19.97 accessory kit since it's 1 7/8 instead of a 2" fitting.

Very portable, it's a blower, sucks like a ******, and the muffler works!

do u guys leave the filter on?

If I'm just sucking up some water out of mats, I do. Same for spot treatments on the interior. If it's a full extraction, I'll take it off.
