Rewards Points - What is going on?

I have had "pending" rewards points on my account for purchases going back to the first week of May. It`s my understanding that the rewards system is "being worked on"... but I am starting to feel a little impatient. Can we get a resolution to this problem?
 
Seems they are still adjusting to Ray leaving, and that`s not a knock on the current staff by any means.
 
Huh... glad to know it`s not just me. Luckily I`m not in too big of a hurry to get them. I like to save them for big purchases

I`m in contact with the software company and will see if I can get a date for when it`ll be fixed. Should have been done by now and if you need/want to use the pending points just leave a note in the comments section and I`ll get them added onto your order.

Where did you send your pms and vms? I haven`t received anything but if you want me to look into anything let me know.
