Price & Price Per Ounce: $15.95/16oz ... $.99/ounce

Manufacturer Claims:

Poorboy's World Leather Stuff has been developed to be your one-step Leather, Vinyl and Rubber cleaner, conditioner, and protectant. Leather Stuff is made with the finest ingredients available to provide a clean, soft and non-greasy surface with UV-A & UV-B protection. Leather Stuff has a very pleasant leather scent to keep the leather in your vehicle as well as furniture and clothing looking and smelling like new.

Once you've tried Leather Stuff, we are sure it will be your first choice to maintain all the leather, vinyl, and rubber in your home and car.

Packaging: I received this product as a free sample from member "mgm2003". However, the real bottle (saw in person) is the typical Poorboy's tough cylinder with a fliptop. The directions are easy to read and you can see the color through the clear bottle.

Color/Scent/Viscosity: Light Blue/Leather/Thick Gel

How I used (as per instructions): I tried it on a couple spots in my Acura Integra. Most of the interior was covered in a one-month old application of Zaino Z10. It was still there on the surface but the surface was mildly dusty. My headliner and pillars are light gray and had some imbedded soiling in them. I used a large Adam's MF applicator to do the entire interior. I applied a thin, 2-4 inch bead of product for each panel and gently worked it in.

The product pretty easily removed the imbedded soiling and left a nice low/medium gloss sheen on the entire interior. Yes, I used it on leather, plastic, vinyl, and rubber pieces. My vinyl is a bit sheeny to begin with, so don't be alarmed by the picture. It was a noticeable increase in shine, but nothing obnoxious. If you've used Poorboy's Natural Look before, the look rivals it VERY closely.

Overall Thoughts: I like it. I used it on the entire interior (coated leather, vinyl, rubber, and plastic) and got no left over streaking. I let it sit for 10 minutes with the doors closed and came back to a nice light scent of leather. Like I said above, it leaves a medium gloss sheen that lets you know the product is there. When entering and exiting the car, it feels a little slippery, which I like. It allows mobility to be easier. Overall, this product can really speed up your interior work, especially for your personal vehicles as it will remove light soiling and doesn't require a wipedown afterwards.

Cleaning Power: 2 out of 5

Shine: 3 out of 5

Other Notes: Re-apply every 2 months. Clean interior with a light dilution of APC if significantly soiled.

Hey Sean,

Nice review. How would you compare it to the Z10? I just received my order of Z9 and Z10 last week. I've already used the Z9 on my Ivory leather seats and it did a REMARKABLE job of cleaning them. I am very impressed. I have not used the Z10 yet but am looking forward to applying it this weekend. I chose these products because of the high marks it receives from many of the folks here.

Any tips on applying the Z10 since you're familiar with it?

Thanks!

ajmrn: Good question, and I knew it was going to come up.

I see Z10 and PB LS both in my arsenal in the future. They both apply easily...just put a bead onto an MF applicator and walk away. No buffing needed and no streaking noted.

I think durability on these two will be very similar in that expect 1-2 months on a daily driver and a little more on garage queens.

The main difference in the two thus far is the amount of shine. Z10 deepens the color a touch more and produces a very low gloss sheen...think of it as a *touch* more than natural. Some users love that...I know I do.

PB LS produces a medium gloss sheen and is much more *noticeable* on the surface. Again, some users love that too.

I am kind of indifferent if I would prefer one or the other. Z10 definately has a stronger leather scent, which I like and if you have Z16, you could add a little in to get the gloss up a little more (which might be beneficial for you). PB LS is nice in that it will make subsequent applications easy as it will clean minor soiling.

wifehatescar: The scent itself is similar, but the Z10 is much stronger and sticks around much longer (little over a week compared to PB's day or two).

What I can't understand is if PB Natural Look is ok for plastic/vinyl/leather, and Leather Stuff is also, why do we need both? Surely they both do the exact same thing?

Honestly, if I had to describe PB LS in a few words, it would be:

Poorboy's Leather Stuff is Natural Look with a leather scent and mild cleaners

So really, it's actually:

Poorboy's Leather Stuff is Natural Look with a leather scent

...as according to the bottle Natural Look has cleaners as well!

Funny Sean. I was about to post a review on LS myself. Here are my thoughts:

1. Cleaning power is decent but not as good as Z-9/Z-10 combo.

2. Ease of application is good.

3. Finish - love the look, a nice medium gloss as you desribe and no slickness if properly buffed.

4. Smell - nice aloe like smell that has a hint of leather smell.

5. Packaging - good bottle with flip top which was easy to squeeze but the stuff is fairly thick and a little goes a long way.

Another winner from Steve and his team at Poorboys adding to a great line. :)
