So today I decided I was going to try out this wash. But a large part of this review involves stuff going on before the wash...
I got this stuff free for filling out a questionnaire on P21s Cockpit Cleaner at Detailfest. I had kinda forgotten about it when it showed up at my door. First impressions were pretty good, It had a strange bottle design, and was a little slippery. Chocked this up to being bounced around during shipping and some leaking out of the top. Left it sitting out on the counter for a few days, and it leaked all on the counter. Not happy, the bottle just can't hold this stuff. So I ended up putting it in some leftover contact solution bottles. This held it well. This stuff seemed really concentrated, so I was hopeful about its effectiveness.
Boy was I wrong. I had to keep adding soap to get it to be sudsy at all. This stuff is not any more concentrated that Meg's Gold class. And it's way more expensive, and comes int a tiny bottle. So yeah
It doesn't really sud heavily. It sort of just... makes the water heavy and slow. You can tell it's there, but it doesn't work the way I was used to. It's pretty good at cleaning however, so that's good i suppose. Also, it smells strongly like green apple jolly ranchers. So if you like green apple candy, you'll like the smell of this soap.
It looks good when you're done with it, and leaves it pretty slick. But that could also be attributed to the coat of M16 I have on the car.
All in all, it works. But it's not great. And it's way more expensive than other soaps that work about as well. I wouldn't buy it.
