Renting Space for bad weather

I have a question for the mobile detailers out there.

Does anyone have access space that they rent when there is bad weather so they can do the job? If so, what kind of space and what is the average daily charge for this space.

I am looking to get into detailing part-time and at first will not be able to afford a shop and the zoning laws don't let me use my garage for detailing businesses.

All opinions/suggestions welcome. Thanks for the input.

Heck, I rented a full size storage unit when I first started before actually moving into a "shop". I'ts cheap, accessable day or night (most of them) and most are zoned business. Find one with a car wash nearby and your in business. Although I didnt "anounce" what I was doing, for fear of trouble but If your clean, discreet and pay your bill...nobody seems to care :D

Zoning? If you are starting part-time, don't worry about zoning. Just go get some clients. When you build your client base, then you will be able to afford a real garage...
