Removing water spots by hand?

Well, for some reason, I have water spots on my car for some weird reason. I wash my car every 4-6 days and I always dry it when its completely wet. But when I look at my car in the morning, when there is condensation, I can see water marks all over the roof, hood, and trunk, and even these nasty like nickel sized blotches of spots all over my windows. The window spots come up whenever water hits the window and yeah, its really starting to bug the crap out of me. I don't have a polisher, so everythign will have to be done by hand. If anyone has any good quick solutions, I'd appreciate it. The car is an 05' Honda accord graphite grey pearl.

You can remove water spots by hand, it just takes a bit more elbow grease than by machine. A cotton terry applicator with a med compound for stubborn spots, or a "polish" for less severe staining.

I've tried it by hand with a MF towel and ScratchX. ScratchX works well, but you need to work in quite small areas. I gave up after doing an area about 3'x6'. Ended up buying a PC. Well worth the time and effort saved than by doing by hand.
