Removing paint from leather

This is a new one for me. Had someone tell me will riding his bike he went over still wet yellow lines. Paint splatter from tires landed on seat and saddlebags and apparently dried.

Has anyone had a similar situation and found any chemicals that were not harmful to leather but strong enough to soften paint?

I would try a magic eraser first
