Removing dried wax on plastic?

I just noticed there is dried wax on my tail-light which I think came from the dealership because of the fact that it looks like it dripped onto the light. I only use paste wax so that rules out my wax. I was wondering what I can use to remove this?
 
1. Paste waxes can stain trim, it all depends on the particular one



2. SEARCH...there are well-documented, widely varying opinions on this subject. Start out with some hard rubbing with a cotton towel.

I haven't used it with the NXT, but I did use some jiffy once to remove some old meguirs liquid wax once. Just try a dime sized area first before you lather it up with PB everywhere.
